Many people search long and hard for a workout regimen that is right for them. It is important to ask yourself a few questions before starting the search for the correct workout:

First, what is your goal?Are you looking to lose fat and tone, or build muscle and bulk up? Next you have to ask yourself   How much time you can commit to working out each week, do not choose a program that requires you go to the gym 5 times a week if you can only go 3-4 times a week. You have to be realistic, choose a program that works for you and then set reasonable goals. If you do this you will not get frustrated with yourself throughout this experience.

Most workouts listed on websites provide beginners with a full day by day plan as well as a daily diet log which gives exact measurements on the appropriate amount of food to consume in one sitting.

If you keep all of these aspects in mind then you will be well on your way to a great experience!
