The Independent Films Festival of Boston has announced the 2012 lineup! The festival runs from Wednesday, April 25th, till Wednesday, May 2nd.

Indie Wire published the whole IFFB lineup, including the opening and closing features. Aaron Bogert writes:

The Opening Night film will be Mike Birbiglia’s “Sleepwalk With Me.”  The co-writer of the film, Ira Glass, will be in attendance for a post-screening Q&A session.

Closing out the festival will be Lauren Greenfield’s “The Queen of Versailles.”  Greenfield will also be in attendance.

The festival will be screening over 130 films! Film features include narrative and documentary features and short films.

I am so excited for the 2012 edition. The lineup seems great! I am looking forward to seeing a lot of the films. In my eyes, Michael Winterbottom’s “Trishna” is a must see.

Consider becoming a Coolidge Corner Member! Members get into films early and our guaranteed seats! For those of you who are like me and don’t have enough cash for the actual membership, I suggest volunteering for the festival. The volunteer forms are located on the festivals website!
