I saw a picture of these on the Internet and I had to try them! Some genius thought of these and they are delicious! They are really simple to make and a fun idea. Make the dough for the chocolate chip cookie recipe posted earlier on this blog. Ball up the dough the same way that you would if you were making regular chocolate chip cookies. Take two balls of dough and place them on either side of an Oreo cookie and mold the dough around the Oreo. Bake the cookies in an oven heated to 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, but watch them to make sure they are done, they made need more time.
